Solution: To change the default size of cable trays in Revit: Go to Manage > MEP Settings > Electrical Settings > Cable Trays > Size. Add new custom sizes, activate or deactivate default sizes.
I cant think of a way to produce the cable tray fitting shown in the attached picture. Can you help me achieve the desired look and be dynamic when comes to different width and height?

On the Options Bar, specify cable tray options. Drag the control to move or extend the cable tray segment to a new endpoint, or to connect with another cable tray.
